Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed only when your payment has been received. Until then nothing is reserved for you.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you pay.
• We accept prepaid orders only, through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets).
• If a product becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

Products

Our moringa powder and karapodi are food products. Store them as described on the pack, in a cool dry place, and use within the best-before date. Plants are living goods and may differ in size and shape from photographs.

Liability

We will always put right an order that arrived damaged, wrong or not at all. Beyond replacing or refunding the order, we are not liable for indirect losses.
