Privacy Policy

Go Farms (part of FertiLedger Group) runs this store. This page explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your Google account name and email when you sign in. We use Google sign-in so you never have to create a password with us. We never see your Google password.
• Delivery details you type at checkout: name, phone number, address and PIN code.
• Your orders: what you bought, when, and how much you paid.
• Enquiries you send through the contact form.

We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay on their secure pages.

What we use it for

• To deliver what you ordered and to contact you about that order.
• To send you an order confirmation, your invoice and a dispatch notice by email.
• To answer your enquiry.
• To meet our legal obligations, such as issuing a GST invoice and keeping sales records.

We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.

Who else sees it

• Razorpay processes your payment and receives your name, email, phone number and the amount.
• Google authenticates your sign-in.
• Our courier partner receives your name, phone number and address to deliver the parcel.
• Our email provider delivers the order emails.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (currently eight years). Enquiries are kept until answered and then for a reasonable period. You can ask us to delete your account and address book at any time by writing to the address below; records we must keep by law will be retained.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
