The short answers are below. Anything else, the form reaches us directly.

What does delivery cost?: Flat ₹49 anywhere in India, and free on orders over ₹499.
How can I pay?: UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay. Orders are prepaid — we do not offer cash on delivery yet.
When will my order ship?: Powder and karapodi are packed and dispatched within two working days. Plants go out on the next despatch day for your region, so they spend as little time in transit as possible.
Something arrived damaged.: Send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number. We will replace the item or refund it.
Do you sell wholesale?: Yes — tell us the quantity and where it needs to reach, and we will come back with a price.
