Where we deliver

Anywhere in India that our courier partners serve. If your PIN code is not serviceable we will tell you before dispatch and refund you in full.

Charges

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders over the amount shown on the shop page qualify for free delivery.

When your order ships

• Moringa powder and karapodi: packed and dispatched within 2 working days of payment.
• Plants: dispatched on the next despatch day for your region so they spend as little time in transit as possible — usually within 3–5 working days.

You will receive an email with the tracking reference when your parcel leaves us.

Delivery time

Typically 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer. Delays by the courier are outside our control, but tell us and we will chase it.

If a parcel is returned to us

If a parcel comes back undelivered — wrong address, nobody available, not collected — we will contact you. We can re-send it (a second delivery charge may apply) or refund the products, less the original delivery charge.
